Compared required updates regarding reviewing technical documentation such as Test Requirement Document and Test plan.
Summary of changes to implement in revising test plan include:
- Fitting geometry changes
- Updated loads
- Updated load introductory hardware geometry
- Updated strain gauge and LVDT layouts
- Test configs for different configurations (Z-Direction) and (Y-Direction) vectors
Recently received some updated Test Requirement Definition from Structural Analysis Group.
At a high level, updated requirements include defining usage of:
- Stiffness representative geometry for load path
- Hardware – Production vs. Surrogate
- Material substitutions – as components in question are rated for a higher load than initially considered (AerMet 100)
