2024-03-07 Test Plan Updates

Updated test plan and defined loading requirements for crash case

  • In the event of a crash, respective fitting must be able to withstand crash loads (9G) case
  • Captured additional crash requirements for fittings in question
  • Captured load offsets / moment arm extension that define how far away to exhibit pulling loads for fitting static testing
  • Clearly defined mechanical design geometry and clearances (loose fits and tight fits for boss slots)
  • Loose fit and tight fit defines constraints – tight fit will take all loading as “fixed” slot
